1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the fachai9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify fachai9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

fachai9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified fachai9 of unauthorized access.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations, fachai9 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

fachai9 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the fachai9 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or fachai9's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or wager on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or fachai9 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

fachai9 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fachai9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of fachai9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from fachai9.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times.
• The results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, fachai9's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall fachai9's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fachai9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
